These terms govern your use of the BeLike Android application ("the app"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not medical advice. BeLike is a fitness tracking and motivation tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Exercise carries inherent risks. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, and stop and seek help if you feel unwell. You are solely responsible for training safely and within your limits.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Your content and data

Your workout data is stored on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for backing it up (the app provides an export feature). We are not liable for data lost due to device failure, uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

3. Purchases

The app is free to use. It offers optional cosmetic in-app purchases (e.g. body skins) that change only appearance and never gameplay, tracking, or your progress.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown before purchase.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy and applicable law. Cosmetic items are delivered immediately and are otherwise non-refundable except where required by law.
Purchases can be restored on a new device using the app's "Restore purchases" option.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent purchases or security of the app, and do not use it in any unlawful way, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions are suitable for you.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or injury, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
